Hearing Aid Fittings and Adjustments In the Comfort Of Your Home
If you want to try different hearing aids and can not come to our clinic, that’s not a problem as well. We can send our highly qualified audiologist who can guide you in choosing an ideal hearing aid according to your needs and preferences.
We also offer hearing aid fitting and adjustment at home. If you’re already using a hearing aid and it needs some adjustment, we can send a team who can handle it for you. Our home visit services also include hearing aid maintenance. We provide hearing aid cleaning products that can improve your hearing aid’s overall performance.
Do We Offer Home Visit To Everyone?
It would be an impossible task to offer home visits to people who are fit to travel. We offer home visits to senior citizens or people who are unable to travel for some reason. They have to provide a referral that shows they are not fit to travel, except to nursing homes. We have no such policies for seniors residing in nursing homes and retirement villages in St. George & Sutherland Shire.
What You Can Expect During a Home Visit
Our home visit service is not complex at all. When our team arrives at your doorstep, they will make sure to be ethical and not disturb your privacy at any cost. They will follow your instructions towards the patient and then start their work.
Firstly, they will listen to your concerns and then may ask some questions related to medical history, family history, lifestyle preferences, and any other symptoms you have. Once they are done with history taking, they might run a physical examination if needed.
Our team is equipped with all the equipment required for hearing assessment so you don’t need to travel for a hearing test either. At home doesn’t mean that we will compromise on the quality. The tests are performed with the same level of precision and accuracy as done in our clinic.
After the test, our audiologist will discuss the results with you in layman’s terms so you can understand and make an informed decision. We try to make each appointment feel as comfortable as possible.

We offer flexible home visits for those who cannot come to us.
If you have a loved one who finds it difficult to travel to the clinic or live in a nursing home or retirement village and has no access to transport, a home call can be arranged.
Home visits can be arranged within 1-2 weeks, depending on location and require a referral from your GP stating that you cannot travel into the clinic (not required if in a nursing home). We only visit homes, nursing homes and retirement villages within St George and Sutherland Shire areas and, in our country, visiting site areas (Mudgee, Gilgandra, Dubbo, Wellington, Orange and Bathurst). Please contact our Hurstville or Miranda clinics, as extra costs may apply.
